Pizza Hut

This is the second time I have had a problem with the store. The first time was a few weeks prior where I placed an order and got 3 completely wrong pizzas and the guy working had the audacity to tell me he could fix it for free… today I ordered online again and only received half my order after having to wait an additional 15 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready. The money was refunded for the missing cheese sticks but I am honestly fed up at this point. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere next time I want pizza

I didn't take a picture of the pizza but I made the order online was told no delivery until 4 they ask what did I want to do I said can u hold the order& at 4 delivery it they made it let it dry out & was supposed to have the garlic butter sauce but ir had marina sauce the pizza was dry

They hang up on me when i call because i have german accent and i guess they arent used to that but seriously dont hang up. Be open minded that there are many other people besides mexicans in the US. The main bussiness in town like court house, water and power and bank they must be more educated because they dont have a problem. Ive been in the US over 65 yrs and my accent is easy to understand according to others. Ill never order there again because they will hang up as soon as they hear my accent. I had called back and she said SHE COULDNT UNDERSTAND ME! dummy then listen. Dont just hang up.. Must be the same waitress i read about that was rude to people. Maybe they werent hispanic either. lol

from what i could see the store was clean; customer service was really nice, and cooperative. i'll suggest more marinara sauce on the pizza. that's about it. thank you very much...!

Just ordered a Hawaiian with extra pineapple and extra marinara and I've never had that much pineapple and marinara and that's not a bad thing. The pizza was great and it was nice to order the extra stuff and actually be pleasantly surprised when I got home to eat it.
